Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern all purchases made via the website sioox.se. By completing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accept these Terms. The seller is Sioox Wood Protection AB, registration number 559350-7498, with address Von Utfallsgatan 20, 415 05 Gothenburg, Sweden (the "Company"). These Terms apply to consumers under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260).

2. Formation of Contract

A binding purchase agreement is formed when the Customer receives an order confirmation from the Company via email. The Company reserves the right to cancel an order in case of obvious errors in pricing, product description, or if the product is no longer in stock. In such cases, the Customer will be notified without delay and any payment made will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including value-added tax (VAT) of 25%. Any shipping costs are additional and specified separately before the purchase is completed. Payment is made through the payment options offered at checkout. All payment processing is done via encrypted connection and the Company does not store any card details.

4. Delivery and Delivery Terms

The Company delivers only to addresses within Sweden. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise stated. Risk for the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. In case of significant delay, the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. The Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond the Company's control (force majeure).

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day the Customer received the goods (the "Withdrawal Period"). To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Company of their decision via email to info@sioox.se or via withdrawal form. The goods must be returned in substantially unchanged condition and in original packaging within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. The Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refund will be made within 14 days of the Company receiving the returned goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken.

6. Complaints and Warranty

The Customer has the right to make a complaint regarding defects in goods under the Consumer Sales Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered, but no later than three (3) years from delivery. Complaints are made to info@sioox.se stating order number, description of defect, and documentation (e.g., photographs). Upon approved complaint, the Company offers, at its discretion, repair, replacement, or price reduction. Defects caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or external impact are not covered.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability to the Customer is limited to direct damages and to an amount corresponding to the price paid by the Customer for the relevant product. The Company is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data unless gross negligence or intent is involved. The Company is not liable for damages arising from improper use of products or failure to follow product instructions.

8. Personal Data

The Company processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish data protection legislation. For complete information on how personal data is processed, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect when published on the website. For already concluded agreements, the terms that were in effect at the time of the order apply.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law. Disputes arising from these Terms shall primarily be resolved through negotiation between the parties. Consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. For other disputes, Gothenburg District Court is the competent court.
