Documentation for assessment

So our R&D team can make an accurate assessment, we need five specific images and a description. Fill in the form below and we will get back to you with advice.

Images for review

All five images are required. Photograph in a dry condition and preferably outdoors in daylight for an accurate assessment.

Image 1 — Close-up

Take a close-up of the specific area you are not satisfied with. Clearly show the structure and any deviations.

Image 2 — Overview

Photograph a larger surrounding area showing any trees, shrubs and the surroundings.

Image 3 — Side view

Take an image from the side of the deck so that ground level and the distance from the deck to the ground are clearly visible.

Image 4 — Products

Take an image of the products (packaging/cans) used during the treatment.

Image 5 — Receipt

Take an image of the receipt or invoice from the time of purchase.
